Roles and Responsibilities of Board Members

A Hopa Mountain Virtual Seminar with Bonnie Sachatello-Sawyer -  Wednesday, February 22, 10 a.m. MST

In this Hopa Mountain virtual seminar, learn the roles and responsibilies of citizen leaders as nonprofit Board members.  This seminar is open free-of-charge to everyone. It may be especially useful to citizens that are currently serving on nonprofit Boards of Directors or considering joining a Board.

Creating Boards that Lead, March 23-24 in Bozeman, Montana with Terry Provota and Bonnie Sachatello-Sawyer

In this two-day workshop, learn the roles and responsibilies of Board members and how to energize Boards.  This intensive workshop may be especially useful to anyone currently serving on a nonprofit Board or considering joining a Board. The workshop will begin on Friday evening, March 23 from 5 - 8 p.m. and will continue Saturday morning from 8:30 - 12:30 p.m.  All handouts and related materials will be supplied at the workshop.

This workshop will be led by Terry Profota, principal of Sage Solutions, and Bonnie Sachatello-Sawyer, executive director of Hopa Mountain.  The cost is $40/non-members, $35/members.  For more information, or to receive a registration form, please email info@hopamountain.org
