Elements of a Strategic Plan

Strategic planning is an organization’s process of defining its direction and making decisions on allocating resources.  In order to determine where an organization is going, it needs to know where it stands and then determine where it wants to go and how to get there. In this workshop led by Diana Cournoyer, participants will learn about the elements of a strategic plan and how to implement a strategic planning process for their organization.
